Looks nice, but with the lowered floor, it is not accessible to the disabled driver. The lowered floor makes transfer height way to high and unsafe. Maybe you should take into account the ability to have wheelchair access to the driver and passenger seats level to the wheelchair.
@@thehitchhouse - Why not? Those of us “drivers” in wheelchairs would like to be able to buy/rent RVs too. The goal is universal access for the complete interior of the vehicle, including driver and passenger areas.
@@Cyber-Quad Unfortunately we do not manufacture the vehicle, but we are sure there is a reason Winnebago is taking a careful approach to universal motorhome access - however we do have local contacts that can outfit the vehicle with hand controls! We appreciate your input!
@@thehitchhouse If the disabled driver can’t get into the drivers seat, there’s no point in having local contacts install hand controls. You need drivers seat wheelchair access first before you can drive the vehicle at all.
That's odd as the Winnebago website has a young woman with disabilities in a wheelchair full time demonstrate and tour the van. She is shown in the passenger seat as well as driving. She has one leg/limb. @@thehitchhouse
Searching yours and many other videos on accessible motorhomes. As frustrating as it can be, we who live with mobility challenges have to understand that, unless completely custom made, it's virtually impossible to mass-produce something that fits each and every one of our needs. Sorry! A decent job seems to have been done with this vehicle. We would have to see one in person for a more accurate feel.
That metal hand grip next to the toilet is a waste. you can not swivel the toilet with it in place and it means to use the toilet you have to slide over that metal bar. And for a handicap van, it needs a power door.

Hi @Cyber-Quad - As of now the vehicle is designed to have a person that is NOT in a wheelchair drive the motorhome
