Instead of the management being greedy maybe they could give the employees the proper time off and a wage hike so the ones they just trained would stay ,upper management is overpaid already give the workers a break

No government should intervene in bargaining. The demands aren't unreasonable. Unions improve working conditions for everyone and allow wealth sharing.
