As someone who travels a lot, usually bank certs are addressed to the embassy where you will apply. I think mas maganda na kumuha ka ng bago and October naka date

Hi Maam. I recommend getting multiple entry visa po. If di po kasi ma grant ang multiple they can grant you single entry(not guaranteed). Pwede nyo po ilagay sa explanation letter that you will be returning sa November 1 para may reason to give you multiple entry. You can also indicate sa cover letter the reason why wala po kayong ITR. Best time to apply is 3 months prior to travel po. this will give you enough time and also if single entry lang po ma approve you can still use the visa
