In all my years driving I've never had a microwave in my truck and it used to drive my students crazy...lol. But having goods like this helped me survive a snow blizzard on Elk Mountain for two days though while 80 was closed.
There are many other kitchen gadgets that would work well in your truck. Hotplates, mini grill, mini sandwich maker, ect. What kind of food do you like to eat? Are you into healthy foods? Do you have a mini fridge in your truck? My bad just seen your fridge. LOL!
Definitely saving money big time eating out everyday will add up fast & sometimes eating that fast food on the road can make you sick. 🤣🤣that chili ain’t explosive to you ?
I would love to cook in my truck ( and I have). To be honest, I hate cleaning up the mess I make while making food in the truck. How do you deal with cleaning up after a meal?
I keep plenty of Lysol wipes and clean wipes . After I cook and eat, I put a little water in pot or bowl and clean with the wipes. I cook on top of a dry towel, that I can throw in laundry a couple of times a month. I also only cook before my shift or after my shift, so I won’t waste any extra time on my clock. When I had a codriver we cooked and clean for each other which made it a lot easier, because the wheels stayed rolling.
I wanted to see the finished product lol
I keep forgetting about crock pots. Lol.
Glad your doing good stay safe out there 🙏🏾
Thank you
Make sure that canned meat stay cool. I got a severe case of food poisoning from eating a bad can of chicken noodle soup
