Renewing spark plugs with three liquids (vinegar-chlorine-Gazoline)

Cleaning and renewing car spark plugs by using three liquids: vinegar, chlorine, and gasoline. Which is better, and how can they be used together to get a better result?
As for chlorine and gasoline, they can remove grease and oils deposited on spark plugs, while vinegar can completely remove rust easily.

Cleaning the plugs doesn't renew them. The electrode and contact still wears out.
