"Dancing bear." Sadly there is a black bear at a sanctuary near me. Some carnival bought him to dance. They were afraid of him scratching them so they had his front paws declawed!!! Now they are atrophied and shriveled up. And he can't walk on his front feet.
This video was caught in my neighborhood in Rockaway,NJ. The bears are nuisance but we built homes in their area. You have to be careful with young children playing in the yard without supervision. They (family) never should have had a bird feeder anywhere on their property.
People should not leave bird feeders out when bears are out of hibernation. where I'm from people call animal control and poor bears are needlessly killed because of people's negligence to follow fish and game conservation officers suggestions about taking down feeders and not leaving trash outside.
Why don’t you build a bigger better fence then the one you have now to protect your yard and belongings, and then no more Wild life in your yard again.

They keep coming because of the bird seed. They never forget there food sore that why he keep coming back.
