The main Owner's Suite - with a closet to end all closets!!! Amazing! As well as the footprint of the basement. Unfortunately, that open space on the second floor is wasted space! Utilizing it as a secondary owner's suite would have been marvelous. The backyard provides ample space for outdoor entertaining as well as an in ground pool.
Actually, that space on the upper level can be used as a media or recreational room, so no reason to waste that space. However, I would love to hear how anyone else would use that space.
@@AtlantaHomesforSaleI would have to agree with @PianoLandscapes4film, I wouldn’t want an entertainment space that close to the bedrooms. And if I’m entertaining I’d much rather have that space near the kitchen. It seems there was a space for media/living area off of the kitchen downstairs so that space on the second floor seems a little redundant. Also, there was ample space in the base to create entertainment/media room. Beautiful house never the less. Especially the master suite and en suite bathroom and closet. Loved the video!!!

I love how the hardwood flooring sets the tone for the rest of the home. Lots of natural light throughout, coffered and tray ceilings . (Nothing dark and dated) definitely giving off a feeling of warmth and peace ☮️ ❤
