It’s not really Luigi’s fault. Yeah he’s op as hell but he was manipulated by Level Down and now Level Down has full control of Luigi and thanks to Luigi’s OP powers, he’s basically unstoppable. At least until Level Up finds a way because Luigi has to have some sort of weak spot.
