It's normal. Just write the points down and focus only on one of them in the game. When you will find that you do that thing automatically just move on to the next point. That's the only way to get better at League and that's why it takes so long. You have to learn things one by one and make them subsconscious.
So hard to freeze or let the enemy push when you have a hard pushing deaf adc though
