Well first off, thats not fully true, as the screen has to render less regardless of the game config being edited or not, and 2nd off, its not the only purpose. He said it was also for improving your aim and making the targets bigger.
@@kedwyd6535 and??? if you had faster sens, low fps would be a lot easier to see. its not placebo, i tried it out myself and used the fps display that fortnite has and saw the fps difference. i was running a slightly unstable 120fps before with some frame drops, but now i run a smooth and consistent 120fps with no frame drops. this happens because less pixels are being rendered and the screen is also smaller (as you saw in the tutorial), giving it a small fps boost.
I swear I’ve got a monitor that just stretches everything out for me and I don’t need to do it yet it feels like me looking at a flat piece of paper with absolutely horrible view. I don’t understand why the live streamers play stretched but my character be a little to fat
Holy Cow! I been using an old Toshiba TV cause it has settings including wide screen mode, I have yet to see on newer tvs. Can you please tell me the year & model number of your Hisense TV?
His comment is far from dumb, this shit does nothing for your fps and alot of tvs do not infact have the setting he used. He litteraly is just yapping @@Omege_sonic
i admire your skill in blending entertainment with education!
It does not affect ur fps whatsoever since it’s performing the stretched res on you display itself, and not in the game config
For console
@@kedwyd6535it’s okay buddy I knew what u said
