Good demo, just one thing: The board is set up incorrectly for a right handed subject. The washers should go in the second "bucket" from the right, and the collars should go in the second one from the left. This way you pick up a peg and a washer in the right and left hands respectively and place them in the board in the correct order; then you shift your hands over one bucket and pick up a collar and washer in the left and right hands respectively and place them in the board in the correct order; then you shift your hands back over to the right again and start the whole process over. This technique is described as the most efficient way to perform the assembly task in the Purdue instructions. For lefties you have your board is set up correctly but your subject started with the pegs on the right and did the assembly in the right handed column so it's assumed your subject was a righty. I just did this this test. 15 right hand 15 left hand And 6 with the washers and pegs combo. I wasnt asked to do both hands at the same time for the pegs.
How many of these do you have to get right for it to be a pass? I had to take one of these tests for a job application in the automotive industry, building car parts and such.

I'm not sure what the specific criteria are for a job, but there are norms for a person's sex and age.
