Aslamualikum bhai We also came on care visa but the company is looting in time we used to work from morning 6 am till last call evening 10 pm is like whole day if u add traveling time 1 hours 1 hours then person can just sleep like 5 hours in a day and payment they count is just for the visit not ur traveling here and there for work very tough situation for indian and Pakistan. Here
It's illegal to work from 6am till 10pm. 48 hours is maximum hours you can choose to work unless you opt out. Even if you work more than 48hrs after opt out, your entitled to minimum hours of rest breaks between shifts of 8hrs+. You can report to council or employment helplines etc.
The thing is the dont count traveling time they just count the timing for a visit as even u stay outside whole days ur maximum hours in a day is 8 to 9 hours

I was in UK and came back recently, aapne jo visa liya hai, uska verification kiya? did you verify the sponsor details? bohath sare scam chal rahen hai yahaan pe, please make sure you verify everything before you make any decisions and don't give out money until the visa is in your hand. My advise is to do a better course with that money wherever you are staying, it will hardly cost you maximum 1 lakh rupees and you can earn the same amount of money what you earn in UK in your home country but people do not understand, top of which you need to work like a dog in UK let it be any visa, there are multiple opportunities elsewhere please make use of those, UK economy is totally down, do not think of going there. All your money and happiness will go in vain, try to research what is best within your industry and enhance yourself within that or try to learn something new, you are never late to do anything....
