I think you get the white cast bc you pluck and manipulate the lace a lot after cutting and spraying it down. I’d suggest doing all the plucking before spraying and cutting the lace. And when you’re styling the hair use those bands to keep the lace in place and melt it a bit more. I think that would make a difference
