I always wonder: you never square your cabinets, you just screw or nail them together - how do you achieve straight cabinets?
A combination of accuracy in cutting out and assembly, along with a level base will give you plumb and level cabinets. He doesn’t glue them so you only need to check for plumb when fitting and they will be square. If you glue them then they are set in stone, if you don’t then there is a bit more flexibility when fitting.
