i saw your videos and happy to see you finally got sponsorship May Allah give you strength and success ameen. sis I have some queries. first of all "In the January 2024 intake, there isn't a single LLM program offered by university of hert that includes a placement year, unlike the September 2023 program list where universities clearly mentioned LLM with a placement year or work experience. However, I have already applied for an LLM in business law for the January 2024 intake, and my consultant is suggesting that we should request the university to provide a placement year. Is it possible to secure a placement year in this manner, or could it be a misrepresentation from my consultant? secondly if university does not offer me LLM with placement year in january intake then should i come in january intake or should i deferred to september 2024 intake? please must guide me. I'm confident that your expertise and advice will help me make the right decisions.
University will never change their rule/policy of anything only bcoz if student request.

Yes of course we can apply for PSW after completing our degree with placement year.

Yes you can work full time during your placement year.
20 hrs limit is only when you are doing your course work at university.

Not in mostly cases. Bcoz organizations knows that student is applying for internship (Placement).

You have to check university website either they offer this course in this intake or not.

Please tell me about holidays period for international students who have applied with placement year.??? Because on the academic calendar its only maximum 2 months vacations in 3 semester accordingly A B and semester C.

In your placement year minimum total 35 weeks you have to work in a year. Isk ilawa ap us saal mein extra work karain ya travel it’s upto you.
And in semesters A & B check the academic calendar of your course on university website, everything is mentioned there, either it’s Christmas , easter break or semester break. And then you can only work un breaks mein for full time.

I have a question. If I am enrolled in a degree with placement year and I am unable to find any placement/internship, then can I do other odd jobs in this year? Agar koi placement na lena chahay ot waisay hi sara saal kam kar lay then koi issue to nahi hota?
You can’t do odd jobs in your placement year, it’s not allowed.
If you are not able to find your placement then apko apna route change kar k research route ya degree apni 1 year program mein convert karani hogi.

For my degree most of the subjects were assignments & presentation based.
can we study this course by studying any becholer's degree or should we study a relevent bacholer's degree
You can without relevant background, but usually it depends on your interview with university.

You have to go with Advance research or complete/finish your degree in 1 year.

You just have to complete a research report in that whole year.
Students can choose the research topic of their own interest?

You have to choose topic by yourself and send it to your supervisor, then he will check and suggest you k us mein kya improvements ho sakti hain.

Well Advance research year is about research work for whole year. A supervisor will be allocated to you by the university, so you have to work on your research paper under him .

Please share payment plan which is easy for students because university ki website wala plan to almost impossible ha.
That’s the actual plan that you have to follow.
And fee you have to clear before going for placement, otherwise university placement approve he nai kary ge.

If the university offers placements and I don't take it, it is a it good decision because in the meantime, I will do masters

Check the total fee of your course. Placement year course fee is included on that.
