Can our police and SWAT teams catch the fleeing inmates and neutralize their threats, or will it become a chaos of threats and obstacles?

Agree! There's always space for improvement. Unfortunately the crashes in GTA 5 look unrealistic by default. Upcoming movie, some officers might get shot or injured.
How Make the Voicelines?
Most of them are AI voicelines but some covered with my own voice on it
