@Paisa1546 What happens is that the Mass Airflow Sensor is metering all the air coming into your intake, and the ECU sends signals to your injectors based on that reading. So if you vent to the atmosphere you will be rich when downshifting since the ECU still thinks the engine is getting that amount of air. Honestly, the PSSSHH sound gets anoying after awhile, which is why I recirculated mine. But these cars and engines are usually so old it doesn't really matter
When he ran that times he was running the stock fuel system, which is only 269cc injectors. He now has DSM injectors which help a lot, he's going to experiment with 550cc RX7 injectors (which are nearly identical to the Z31's) to see how they work out.
It's wintertime here so there won't be any track days until the spring. The car will get dynoed sometime soon, though. I'll try and be there to record it for you all.
The block is a VG33 (3.3L) from a Nissan Quest (also in the Frontier.) It has been bored out to 93mm (about .060 over) to get 3.4L. Since it is a VG engine, and 3.4L, why would VG34 not be an acceptable way to describe it? Dunno know why you're getting so caught up over semantics.
Simple reason for that...at the intersection next to the airport, the police were there on the left. They were also there when I drove back, but on the Wendy's side. Can't have no fun with po-po around.

They are Mustang Cobra R replicas. 17x9 with a 24mm offset. On the 84-86's you will need a spacer for the front. On my 87 no spacers were needed.

Now THAT's a blow-off valve!
Look up the "Nissan VG Engine" entry in Wikipedia and it'll show you all the vehicles/years you can find a VG33 in
DUDE... i love those rims... can you tell me what those rims are... i would like to have something like that on my z31
Sounds like a deeper version of the original engine
Certainly sounds like a VG engine.. :)
Miss my NA Z31 so much. :(

Will you post some videos of your car on the track or on road to full "potential" power???
yea i have an 87 turbo :) and thanks. i really like ur car :)
That's a fair question, I'll ask the owner about it and report back when I get the answer.

Get parts off a turbo zed, no-one makes a kit.
