Lekka i love it so an old lady told me to soak the fish in vinegar for a hour or so and the bones become so soft thay not there anymore and its very nasty also...

Very interesting video. Were you not worried about the quality of water the vaal is at in terms of pollution? or does the cooking get rid of all the bacteria?

Matt Van Der Merwe I would be more worried about heavy metals that build up in the fat and flesh, no amount of cooking gets that out
