    Ingredients
    400 g all purpose flour
    100 g sourdough starter
    1 tsp salt
    280 g water

    Just got my EM mini baker and mine first attempt came out looking just like yours in the video!

      How did you know what quantities were used? At least he/she could’ve put the ingredients down. I’m a home bread baker so could figure it out myself. This is sourdough or a yeast Poolish, saw that added.

    I have that EH baker and made mini baguettes, yeast using a Poolish. I do bake sourdough breads also. It would have been nice if you gave quantities and your process as I like to compare. I’ve have this baker and other EH bakers, including the Ciabatta baker.

    This may be a silly question - I have a great recipe for sourdough ciabatta buns however they always come out flattish. Do you think this pan would help that?

      I am not sure, but you can try to bake the cibatta in the pan with lid on for a while then lid off as I baked the baguette to see if it is better

    Great rolls, poor video! You could’ve at least posted the ingredients. Looks like sourdough added. I have this pan and can probably figure it out.
