Hi Dr, I thought the features of intracanalicular pattern are distortion and compression of the ducts by proliferating stromal cells, isn't it?

Yes that is correct. The glandular structures appear more obviously compressed into slits by stroma in the intracanalicular pattern than in the pericanalicular pattern where the glandular lumina appear more patent. Sometimes even in the pericanalicular pattern the glands appear somewhat compressed if you navigate around the slide. There is a video of a fibroadenoma as well in this same playlist, hope you will find it helpful.
