The color is sooooo gorgeous! I recently switched from Kindle to Kobo (Libra Color & Clara) and I lowkey wish they'd do cute colors like this. The Clara is similar in size to the Basic but has a warm light which is preferable to my own eyes. I tried the Palma before Kobo but unfortunately got a unit with uneven front lighting. It was so distracting as the bottom 1/4 of the screen was way brighter than the rest of it. So I had to return it. I was very sad, as I also thought it was the perfect size. Hope you are doing well. Thank you for the tip on downloading fonts...the one you had on there is adorable! I love the Match basic so much. I also got the new paper white, but I find the basic's light weight is so much easier to hold. I also love the recessed screen.
This just confirms what I have been wanting to do! I want to trade in my other kindles and get this one. I’m tired of my bigger paper white screen as well and the paper white is pretty heavy which I’m kind of over. Love this unboxing!!
I just bought mine on Black Friday, I had saved up for the Kindle Matcha, but they were all sold out at least in Mexico, so I bought the Siganture edition for 125 dollars, I do not regret it, without a doubt, one of my best purchases. Also thx for the font tip
I have the boox palma and the kindle paperwhite and just bought the basic matcha after your video. I feel like the boox needs an eternity to charge and the screen isn't that crisp. Anyway Thanks for the size comparaisons.
@ Sorry I missed it. My local Best Buy only had one Matcha left during Black Friday week at the Black Friday price so I grabbed it. Still love it. Good review.

I'm from the uk . How did you transfer your fonts onto it please? as tried connecting to my ipad mini 6 and laptop and not connecting at all. thanks
