No pain, no gain, was the original motto for paganism, but as it kept growing, it changed, just like any religion or belief, into something more varied & diversified to the point that it became associated with witchcraft & other nefarious endeavors.
~ The same happened to Republicanism & Democatism, due to the end of business monopolies, and WWII.
The original Republicans were as the name says, Re-Public, where the citizens/people had the say.
And, original Democrats, were as the name says, Demo-c-rats, who were Corporate Executives that would pop up saying they could do better than the Republicans.
But after WWII broke out, somehow the roles were reversed, because big corporations took over the mentality of citizens, brainwashing them into believing Corporates were the answer to the Re-Public's problems, because of the war, and the U.S. industry leading to the winning of the war.
I love the democrats new found energy and enthusiasm. A breath of fresh air in politics! ✌️
