Help! I love your recipies, but I also have GERD. So onion, garlic and tomato are off my list. I have tried substitutes and leek works…that’s it. What would you suggest? Asofeteida (sp) just gave me heartburn.

Hey there! For the tomatoes, by peeling and deseading the tomato this seems to help and the term used is called Tomato Concasse. Definetly google and watch the video on how to do it, it may help, not guaranteed. Have you tried using onion and garlic powder?

@@ChefDavisCruz hi! Yes, I have tried onion and garlic powders. It was not pretty so I stay away from them. No matter the form they cause problems.
