I replied on another comment but basically you must be an Israeli citizen which requires aliyah which can only be done if you have Jewish blood or have converted. It's somewhat possible I believe to do it

You must have Jewish bloodline from either your mother or father in order for you to be eligible and even then it's a long process. For example I myself have a jewish father, but I am a christian which makes it harder for me to do it sadly.
