But rarely does anything ever go exactly as planned. So we live in stress dealing with things that derailed from our “plans”. In my mid-30s I started to let go of “plans” little by little. Go with your heart and flow of life. In my late 30s, I started to appreciate that there’s always a positive way of looking at turns of events in your life. Can’t have it all and don’t need to have it all. Be happy with what we already have. Appreciate your analogy of 1+1. I’ll remind myself of that 😉
We can have plans but need to learn how to handle the changes along the way. And that's the hardest part, with or without plans, changes still come, gotta make peace with changes, make peace with ourselves
