You said the TRUTH bro, when you record yourself doing anything, you see all of your flaws. Same with audio. Wether singing or speaking you hear the flaws. I am going to record myself right now.😎

I would love to see a tutorial on some of the cool footwork you know how to do! I've looked all over the internet, and it's really hard to find footwork tutorials... great video btw!

Excellent video, perfectly encapsulates my thoughts when I am skating alone. I'm just not au fait with recording myself...yet! The point you draw on regarding your feet/body telling you what is off is spot on.

Great video please teach us how to take turn on the outside edges y really fear turning on the outside edge. I have learnt a lot, but turning on the outside edge I still fear it.

Juan, that lesson is already in the plans, my friend. Maybe I’ll get that one after the Magic Slide video.

Aww sorry to hear your local rink closed down. Rink roller skating is so great. We hardly have any roller real rinks left in Ontario.. In my city we have a community centre that hosts many other sports and it's great, (a WOOD floor!) but there is nothing like a real roller rink in my opinion. I'm hoping rink skating will make a comeback here. :)

There are plenty of basic tutorial about slides, strides and stopping.
Yours are awesome.. But what I'm trying to say..
Your *DANCING* on inline I haven't seen anywhere else! It's awesome! I would love tutorials on that!

Flabian, Thanks! I am definitely wanting to teach those tutorials. A lot of what I do is transferred style from quad skating. I am working on the best way to teach some of that. I will do some footwork tutorials soon!

As far as I can tell, it's a crossover without the crossover :-).

Great video. It's funny I just started skating maybe a month or so back and I was doing powerslide and I decided to record it because I was having slight balancing problems when I tried it at higher speeds or going down hill. I noticed so much wrong with my form and entry it was kinda scary. Now I'm drilling out power slides on both feet to get them to be smooth and effortless (RIP my wheels tho lol).

Good video but the background music was creepy.
