I was in sixth grade as well, and you are 💯 correct. In Living Color and Married with Children were two of the most important topics at that time for a sixth grader lol
Aww man, I miss In Living Color!! They were hilarious 😂🤣 I was a kid when this came out but my parents let me watch lmao It’s funny rewatching this as an adult! I remember a few pieces but not the whole thing. Also, I don’t think it’s that they didn’t like Vanilla Ice, they made fun of anyone and everyone, that’s what made it great!! 😆
i think one of the jokes was missed. instead of white white baby, when he sings 'i told everyone i was stabbed in the butt, turns out it was a toilet paper cut' the chorus changes to wipe wipe baby
I laughed so hard my stomach hurts haha! I was in high school when this aired! I remember being on the floor laughing holy smokes! in the background "extremely white white baby" haha
Thank you for doing this. My old ass actually remembers watching the video premiere of this song on MTV 😂. Believe it or not people liked him at first and yes he did say he got stabbed in the ass lol. Btw..there is no comparison between him and Hammer. Hammer was no one hit wonder..go look at his list of hits..he's a legend in the game. Without him you don't get the dance element of hip hop.
Guys you made Ma Day complete Man …that was a masterpiece of Jim Carrey, 🤣😂🤣😂🤣I watched for a sec and my stomach muscles hurt so bad ….tears are runnin kucf I can’t see no shit 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Greets and cheers from Croatia 🙊🙉🙈 MIK
In Living Color Parody of Crystal Waters- Gypsy Woman In Living Color - Snow Imposter (Jim Carrey) Michael Jackson Parody In Living Color Am I Black Or White and In Living Color : Wrath of Farrakhan 🤣 There was a sketch show in the UK around the same time called The Real McCoy that you should check out. Me and my twin bro loved this when it came on in early 90’s lol. Him and marky mark we’re big one hit wonders, but I think they weren’t that bad. Considering a lot of the generic rap today, 80’s and 90’s stars were better
I loved this when I saw it on In Living Color back in the 90s. On some real shit though. Anybody can say what they want about Vanilla Ice. He was not a lyrical genius, and his music career was short but, regardless of what anyone says, that dude had an album that was topped the Billboard charts for 4 months and that album went 7x platinum. The single for Ice Ice Baby has sold 600 million copies. Just to put that in perspective, 600 million copies is the equivalent of every person in the US having 2 copies of that joint. Call him wack, whatever. He achieved something on a scale that most people would never be able to accomplish. That song is known by everyone. I give that dude props for his 2nd act, too. He has been in construction for a long time and has been flipping million dollar homes in Miami for years. He is making bank, and if you watch some of his interviews, he is a very intelligent guy and knows his shit when it comes to real estate. Gotta give that guy his respect.
This show is way ahead of its time for real everybody knows it and it's cool to see old skits before s*** got too damn serious and nobody was allowed to laugh anymore
The truth is that song saved Death Row. They made millions off white rap fans and their parents that didn't approve of most rap and hip hop of the time. Tipper Gore all but broke 2 Live Crew in court. There were many other controversies then too. Rap needed any sorta win it could get to survive. Sadly this was one of them. House of Pain was another.
I think the ‘stabbed in the butt - paper cut,’ quip was a jab at Van Winkle’s telling interviewers that he was from ‘the streets’ and it was later discovered that he’s actually from a middle-class family in Dallas, TX. He was the biggest joke of the early 90’s, despite the fact that he pretends he wasn’t.
Allegedly Suge Knight hung Vanilla Ice off a hotel balcony until he agreed to sign over a large amount of money to him, which Suge used to start Death Row.
Yea Frankenstein's Lab I love your guys videos and your reaction I was screwing down your videos and I was wondering if you could do this radio of Jim Carrey - Imposter from In Living Color😆💯👌 thank you guys
I remember when this aired. I was in 6th grade, next day in school we were all imitating this
100% true
I was in sixth grade as well, and you are 💯 correct.
In Living Color and Married with Children were two of the most important topics at that time for a sixth grader lol
Us too!!! Same grade
Same!! My sister and I still reenact this ish. It's timeless.
Those were good times! 😂
I will forever and for always bust out laughing when his shoe goes flying off his foot. Funny AF! 🤣
Jim Carrey's explosive talent couldn't be contained by TV.
Well, yeah, he sprayed it all over the movie screens
I don’t think we’ll ever see a comedic performer like Jim Carey again.
It's not that we won't see them. They will get canceled. People are too sensitive to let loose anymore.
@@anthonyzullo Also phsysical slapstick isn't popular anymore either
Yeah he was/is out there😁

I was 11 when I saw this... Jim Carey is a nut!
It cut off a little early. He turns his back and it says, "My Grandmother made me this jacket" on the back.
Great video! You should watch their “version “ of M C Hammer! Those people were HILARIOUS! No one was safe🤣🤣
Or Imposter (Snow) - Jim Carrey
Yes!, with Tommy Davison. 😩
Ninja rap by vanilla ice was my joint as a kid in the early 90s who loved everything Ninja Turtles ❤
Call me crazy but I was always partial to Turtles Rhapsody.... it came out earlier and stole my TMNT heart
Finally this one. Never gets old! Well done boys
Jim is absolutely hilarious prefer this version so funny ..you have made my night thanku so much love you loads God bless ...thanku x
i think one of the jokes was missed. instead of white white baby, when he sings 'i told everyone i was stabbed in the butt, turns out it was a toilet paper cut' the chorus changes to wipe wipe baby
Not Jim Carrey calling out culture vultures before the term existed lmao.
Fun fact: the voice you hear in the background saying "Go white boy! Go white boy go!" is Marlon Wayans
I laughed so hard my stomach hurts haha! I was in high school when this aired! I remember being on the floor laughing holy smokes! in the background "extremely white white baby" haha
I remember watching this when it aired. Man, the kids at school the next day were all talking about it.
EXTREMELY White, White, Baby! LMFAO, seen before, COOL Reactions!

Still better than 95% of today's rap
Because he's rapping, not about what's cool but his struggle ✊🖖

That was a real story !!! He tried to front like he was born in MIAMI and going to school with LUKE. Of course, LUKE NEGATED that BS 😂😂😂😂
Dude I'm 41 now, but when I was a teen my friend had this on vhs and we watched it a lot!! 😅
"I'm a little tea pot short and stout..." 🤣
Yo Vanilla Ice, work it out!
Classic.. Jim Carrey & Damon Wayans became stars through this show.
And Keenan ivory Wayans

One more of a „ one hit“ singer/raper what ever was
Snow - informer 😂😂🤣👍
The one they did on Canadian rapper Snow is even funnier
Which is funny because Snow had a legit story
I remember laughing so hard that I cried! I was in college when In Living Color was popular. Best show ever!
Vanilla Ice was synonymous with being a corny rapper in the 90s, Vanilla Ice said this skit killed his rapping career.
In Living Color Parody of Crystal Waters- Gypsy Woman
In Living Color - Snow Imposter (Jim Carrey)
Michael Jackson Parody In Living Color Am I Black Or White
and
In Living Color : Wrath of Farrakhan 🤣
There was a sketch show in the UK around the same time called The Real McCoy that you should check out. Was very funny.

It's scary this is genuinely good. I'd be really curious how long Jim Carrey took to work on this
Really? Back then we thought it was too hilarious.
I agree he has some moves in here Drew!
@@rocknroller77 it's incredibly hilarious. I just think the choreography is much better than you'd expect
Vanilla Ice did a song for the second Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie that was somewhat popular. 2 Legit 2 Quit by MC Hammer was really big too.
Jim's the bomb!
Me and my twin bro loved this when it came on in early 90’s lol. Him and marky mark we’re big one hit wonders, but I think they weren’t that bad. Considering a lot of the generic rap today, 80’s and 90’s stars were better
I remember seeing this when it aired. I recorded it on vhs 📼 . They did a bunch of these type of parodies 😂
“Extremely white white baby” 😂
Vanilla Ice stole that opening riff from Queen's "Under Pressure" Sued Sued Baby.
See when I 1st heard that song I thought for sure he paid to use that riff.
Jim Carrey also does a hilarious rendition of Snow - Informer on In Living Color. If you don't know the original song, maybe watch both back to back.
Ice Ice baby was the first rap song to go number #1.
Jim Carey was the man on in living color 😂
I loved this when I saw it on In Living Color back in the 90s. On some real shit though. Anybody can say what they want about Vanilla Ice. A lot of the rap at the time was crap anyway. As much as the real song was hated for the crazy air time it got, it was a good song.

Allegedly Suge Knight hung Vanilla Ice off a hotel balcony until he agreed to sign over a large amount of money to him, which Suge used to start Death Row.

One of Carey’s best performances
You've GOT to do "Juice Weasel" with Jim Carrey and David Alan Grier!
this was more than a parody, this a straight up diss track, they say his government name and the thing about getting stabbed lol
Even better is the one he did of Michael Bolton, "When A Man Needs A Big Hit"

Vanilla Ice also has Ninja Rap, one of my favorite songs due to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 Secret of the Ooz
The back of his jacket say “My grandma made me this jacket.”
So many visuals for Rondo not to see
Vanilla Ice was a 1 hit wonder. Hammer was a had a few big hits across a few of albums actually. So he had more going on the Ice.
Yes. Getting stabbed in the butt was a headline.

Don't forget "Informer" with his fake Miami Jamaican accent. Still, played on the radio a lot. His handlers had connections.
