Best school field trips
I forced my parents to drag me here SO many times. I have fond memories of talking to the robot in front.
Me too. I miss that robot and especially I was being bit "naughty" to distract the robot operator. Remember the printed certificates that we would get at the end of the exhibition. The certificates has activities that you did circled on and I would try to go for ALL of the activities. Then the remodel; ehhh made it worse and at least they added a timer to allow people to take turns.

I miss the Sony Wonder Technology Lab, grew up going to it regularly and then taking the older kids and their friends.
It's very missed, the experiences, and the memories.

I miss Sony Wonder (the old days!) the recent revamp until the closure that they did was not great. Removed the robot, changed layout, no printed certificates that we would keep as a souvenir, and the fun paint "gun" that you would drag on the screen.
They also had the Studio you could mess around with broadcast cameras and what not. Sony Wonders was great in the late 90's. They had so much fun stuff in there back then. I never went after it was remodeled.
So many interesting things to watch! Thanks for showing us your lovely city! great work always!
