it is funny my whole life i had a severe stutter as a child i barely spoke and after years of working on my speech i cured it (99%) and i learned from libra sun people how to speak properly and i owe libra so much and admire libra, the way they treat other people and ironically my atmakaraka is in Libra in 3rd house of navamsha and is pushkar wow haha great video yes sir changing my speech in every way changed my entire life 180 degree from swamp to beautiful waterfall

@@adii141 i should have started earlier in life but how i did it was - i wore headphones and listened to a podcast where i loved the womans voice and how she spoke- i talked along with her, like an echo. It was very difficult at first, I couldnt get the words out but just kept at it, every day, for as long as i could. First maybe 15 min. And then audio books, and i echoed the author, sometimes they had an australian or british accent so that became fun. And i relaxed my lips a bit bit tried to pronounce the words differently than my instincts, like I am not myself, but rather, I am some sophisticated aristocrat. I actually began talking like I am not me, as if I am acting. I think it fooled my brain. But this was after the hard task of talking along with voices. And I left my life too, during all of this, I left my marriage and he was causing me so much anxiety I think that helped a lot. I changed all my surroundings like trying to change my whole life. But I could have done it earlier I think. But I did it in private, alone, and did not tell anyone. I started seeing results in about 3 months I think. It was a slow start. And it can relapse sometimes, its weird. If I am stressed maybe? But the relapsing is less and less now. Maybe twice a year now for a couple weeks. And I still talk slowly and I still have to talk along with a voice a few times a week, like exercise. But, if I am around people a lot and talking, it sustitutes for the exercises. But, in a zoom or if I meet someone i consider intimidating, I freeze up a bit. I would say there maybe is not a 100% cure but now I feel just slight anxiety when talking and its just such a huge difference. I think just hearing audiobooks also did something to my brain, maybe the verbal portion of the brain is stimulated? But these were private times again, I was alone and able to give full concentration. Hope that helps!
I have my atmakaraka in the first house, and I am watching this as I am in padmasana outside in the grass. I do spiritual practices every day, and definitely know that it is part of my path. My chart shows it, and makes me notice how much astrology helps one understand themselves. Astrology is a blessing.

I had learnt mantra Sadhna from a spiritual organisation and taken the Head of The Organisation as my Guru and later learnt those Commonly used mantras like Panchakshri , Pranav were dangerous if sung out in the open or spoken loudly infact they r not even to be mentally recited without Diksha Otherwise they can be dangerous as per Shastras I am so confused … I don’t know what to practice and if my spiritual practices have had a major side effect , cus my life is in total chaos . How do we get to know what’s right n wrong practice ?
