    Summer here in the UK... or at least, it's supposed to be. The weather hasn't quite made up its mind yet. This chicken soup will be good for those crappy days we're bound to have every week. I've never made this kind of thing before. I'm excited! ^_^
    On a side note - I like the real and honest feel of your videos. The way that they aren't staged, or at least don't seem like it, is a huge credit to you.

      hey thanks
      i appreciate the love :) .... we roll as naturally as possible, two mate literally running around bondi with a heap of food ha ha all shot in one take, bloopers, shenanigans and all ha ha . i think theres way to many stage perfect kitchen cooking shows, we just want to have as much fun with it as possible and take the intimidation away from cooking .... cheers Guy

    I'll eat soup any time of the year, so I made this the other day despite it being summer. Fantastic recipe! It was easy, made the kitchen smell amazing, and was (most importantly) extremely delicious. I don't see how anyone could go back to eating the stuff out of a can after making this. Thank you!

    The fennel seeds gave a odd aniseed flavour that I wasn't expecting. Wasn't my fave but... a decent recipe if you want to try new flavours. Any tips to make the broth more flavoursome? It came off a little watery on my attempt but I did double the recipe to have for a family meal.

    • @bondiharvest
      @bondiharvest  10 років тому

      Ivana Carbajal hey :) …. you could just leave the fennel seeds out, the soup will still taste sooooooo good ha

    I hate store bought chicken stock. I really do. I think they taste overly salty and artificial.. this looks so much better, seriously. and I kinda have a thing for chicken noodle soup so... hahaha this will come in handy soon, it's getting cold here as well ;)
    that dog imitation in the end though.. lol

    You def should promote your self to ABC Tv, you really should have a tv show :) gotta try not to wipe your nose on camera though lol :D Ok, im just a tv viewer, no one special, but I have just been spruiking your youtube cooking channel on ABC's tv Facebook page suggesting you would fit well with abc's philosophy. I hope it helps :)
