When you're running a government you have to play the long game it's not easy that's why this government is under scrutiny. Hi , from UK...we travelled to SL by Sri Lankan last month, and the flight was only half full . As Sri lankans, we really wanted to support our airline, even though it was the most expensive ticket out of all other airlines..I'm trying to understand why can't the Sri lankan start selling tickets at a competitive rate at the beginning and as the flight gets full increase the prices rather than running an flight half full..and after boarding we got a meal then for nearly 7 to 8 hours not even a snack..and the meal portion was somewhat small..this is my opinion and a constructive criticism..I love my country and I want it to be the best ..thats all..

The change is must needed in the government sector especially monitoring the way of service has given to the public and efficiency. The government have 5years not 5months or 2 weeks make sure the decisions that your taking is the right one into the future. Bless you all 🙏
Sri Lanken air line needs new planes. They are old and the tickets are expensive. If they can make a efficient website like emirates and quatat air lines we can buy tickets . The Sri Lanken airline the staff is excellent and very hospitable ❤

Sri Lanka need good quality buses , comfortable seating , leg space. Bus service in other countries way ahead than Sri Lanka. We now can not go in a bus with a White shirt without fearing a stain.
Please please please ban radio in buses. Still drivers play radio at their discretion causing public nuisance. Why government can’t take prompt decision to ban radio in buses?????
The problem is the quality of the interiors of aircraft in operation. I hate to say it's very poor. If this happens continuously, the airline will be uncertain.
Reversing trend again. This is not a positive move. To run a airline needs big investment which government lacks. India with 750 billion USD reserves still sold its airline which now ordered 500 planes. Atleast go for a joint venture.
