Hi Sarah. Do any of your videos incorporate the pistol squat?
SarahBethYoga i wanted a 20 minute video but this is more than 20 minutes. I’d rather have 5 poses in 20 minutes and really enjoy them than try to cram all of these. Plus, speeding up parts that aren’t necessary isn’t cool.
can you give me a tip on how not to strain my neck during the exercises, it's just hard to lift my shoulders up without straining my neck

Hi SarahBeth, this was so relaxing. I am transitioning from doing high impact cardio/hiit/ and strength training to yoga and pilates. My body feels over stressed and burned out. I am amazed at how your yoga videos strengthen and relax at the same time. I love how the breathing goes with every move. I'm learning so much from you. Thank you!
I'm also transitioning from high impact workouts to yoga/pilates and feeling such a difference because I was getting really burnt out!
This is me too!! Decided to transition to yoga 3 months ago instead of my high impact HITs and so glad I have. I started with 10 mins a day and now I’m up to 20 mins daily no matter what. Not only is so much less strenuous on my body than HIT but I have also seen my body transform to looking leaner and def more toned and sleeping better also. It’s like my daily medicine!! No going bk now -love it 😍🤩

This is such a good one! Thank you! Any tips on keeping the core engaged the whole time? What does it mean to keep your ribs stitched together? Despite lots of core practice over the last year, I still haven't lost my little tummy and it's difficult to stay firm.
Can I just say, I really appreciate how modest you are in these videos. I live with a bunch of little to teen boys and it's so nice not to have to worry if they decide to walk by while I'm yoga-ing. (We're a pretty conservative family:))

Ok. Been working this routine 4x/wk for a month. I am a lot stronger and my hip are way more flexible. My hamstrings are better but still stiff. I’m going to keep this up until I can do all routines with strength.

Still struggling with flamingo, modifying the last set of leg lifts, and my hamstrings better but still tight. Pretty strong through everything else. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Strength and Tone in twenty is another great workout from Sarah Beth! My muscles were burning in the beginning (especially my abs) and then followed up with a great stretch. Thanks for another quick, but great, yoga video Sarah Beth!
