Always use w on cooldown when clearing, ,much faster clear early game.

Why inspiration? For what people need those item and flash haste? Wouldnt green tree on the second choice be better?
I mean: conditioning + overgrowth
And one more why sundered sky when titanic bonus auto-attack is crucial to stack fury faster.
Then next why conqueror you actually heal from passive, instead of that go press the attack it gon' work even better after changes.
Maybe im wrong but please SOMEONE explain me why all pros playing like that cuz its stupid for me.

My build looks like: Titanic hydra > Ionian boots > opportunity/yoomu > Black Cleaver > Steraks when it comes to situational DD or FoN

Rek’Sai E used to do true damage. How long ago was that change?

it got changed in 14.4, it lost true damage but they reduced cd, increased ad ratio and made it deal bonus max health damage instead
