Freshman and even sophomore year Screech was a good character. But holy smokes, by the last season he was one of the worst characters on television. He was definitely the worst character on tv during the new class years.

@@khankake9576 No, he wasn't. Max appeared in 21 out of 86 episodes of the original series and did not return to the _Saved by the Bell_ universe until the recent reboot, on which he appeared in 5 out of 20 episodes. He never once made an appearance on _The New Class_ nor _The College Years._

I don't like this episode. The brats of Bayside think that somebody ELSE should foot the bill to save their beloved hangout, when they should just accept that higher prices would be required to make the business profitable, and contribute to it being a going concern. Instead, they go on the radio and criticize the school district and Mr. Belding? What a crock. They accuse the board of being 'greedy' when they aren't lifting a finger to save the place themselves, by contributing to it as a business.
