    Hi there, any tips for an onboarding pipeline? To automate the onboarding process once customers have signed up

    Hi there - we are looking to use Hubspot and are looking at how it works alongside other systems etc - do you have any videos or content detailing the products and quoting aspect? It seems in Deals much like Salesforce we have to decide whether the products and quoting function is worth using in HS or just to use Deals as basic 'values' and quote outside. Just wanting to get a feel for the sophistication of the HS quoting tool. Any help much appreciated!

      The HubSpot Quote tool is a free CRM tool and is easy to set-up and use. At the Pro level, you can also create a Product library, use e-signature and a few payment options. A custom quote building tool is in beta testing at this time.

    Can I create a workflow in HubSpot when a deals 'Close Date' is considered expired or past due? I want to send an email out to deal owners when their deals 'Close Date' is considered to be in the 'past' and they forgot to update it. Please advise. Thank you!

      You can trigger a workflow based on a close date, but you cannot create a trigger based on whether the close date has expired or not.

    How to automatically move each contact to Deal Stage 1? Basically, we want all our inbound emails as deal stage1 and from there the sales pipeline starts.

      Hey Ashwani - you can customize your deal stages, but what it SOUNDS like you're asking for is to have every contact that comes in as a "lead" to go right to the sales pipeline. We'd advise against this as leads usually need to be qualified through a lead status before they are worth the energy of tracking in the pipeline. However, if you still want to do this, you'd need to set up a workflow in the workflows area (NOT in the deal-based workflows shown in this video) that would be triggered by a specific conversion action, such as them filling out a form or emailing a specific user.

      @@HubSpotHacks Thank you! very helpful. Yes, we were thinking of moving every lead into sale pipeline but I see now your suggestion is more optimal.
