Thank you for posting this beautiful historical video that gives a personal first-hand account of the journey to the dedication of the Terraces of the Shrine of the Bab, by the Congolese Baha'i Youth Choir.
As an English speaker, I was able to see a translation by choosing French captions (automatically generated) and then further choosing to display an English translation. It worked quite well.
