Once again, thank you Laura….. I have revisited this fab tutorial to make festive tissue covers for my friends Christmas stockings. They are so adorable and professional looking-many thanks, and Happy Christmas to you and yours,🎅🏻 Jeanette xxx
This is the most well made Kleenex cover I've ever seen. Beautifully done. I opted to add a butterfly embellishment to the ribbon also. It came out so beautiful. I plan to make some for the ladies in the care home that my church visits. I know they'll love them. Thank you for such a wonderful tutorial!
Laura, you are such a wonderful teacher. I loved that you explained how to do a whip stitch. You never forget that an inexperienced sewer might be watching. That’s such great quality.
This was great and I love the fact that you completed it without the corners clipped then went back and altered the corners. I will be making lots of these as gifts. Thank you!
I love this video. You explain and show your work as you go along. I appreciate you giving verbal step by step but also showing your work step by step. Easy project for a beginner. Thank you.
Greetings from England, I just wanted to say how much I enjoy your tutorials. I am fairly new to sewing , but find you explain things very concisely and make instructions easy to follow. Thanks very much.
Lovely easy to follow directions and tutorial. I will probably center the ribbon/tape but I'm a tad OCD. Just a tad. Not being critical here and did find she presented a wonderful fun easy to make project. I have lots of left over air dried laundry sanitized cotton from mask making and some of those prints would be perfect for this project. I'm a retired Seed Scientist so all my botanist friends would enjoy many of my style of fabrics. Thank you for such a lovely how to lesson.
This is so cute!! This would be a sweet little gift to give friends with a cold!! You could also give it with some homemade soup!! Thanks for sharing this!🌺😇💙
Thank you Laura, I'm going to make these for everyone I love....such a lovely little gift - thoughtful, practical, and inexpensive...I love it! God Bless you and keep you safe.
This is such a great idea! They’ll make nice stocking stuffers or added to the top of a gift with ribbon hanging around it. Thanks! I got my book today I LOVE IT!!! It is beautifully done
You could get 4 of these bad boys out of a fat quarter, and have enough leftover fabric to make matching tabs for the hardware instead of using ribbon! Love your tutorial, will be rewatching it as I make some!
I wish I had your instructions/tutorial before I made a dozen of them using 2 pcs. of fabric. I'm definitely going to do the next batch using your method! Thanks!
Adorable! Years ago I used to make these out of prequilted fabric. I would like to come up with something to keep tissues clean and nice in my car. Something that holds a regular size tissue, maybe I should make this on a bigger scale, thanks for the idea!
I really like this pack. I wanted a tighter fit. I dont like how floppy some other covers get as the tissues are taken out of the package. Ty!!! I enjoy your teaching style. You always explain things so well.
Thank you! I always carry a small pack of tissues. I do not use the 'brand' name but this little case is perfect. I sat right down and made one as easy as the demo. So clever.
Thanx a lot for the helpful and easy tutorial, even though I’m not the brightest and usually make mistakes on the first tries, the method worked like charm & I could easily make few and a pattern for bigger version🥳
I have learned so much from you and this is so cute. I would like to make a larger one for hand wipes (when we can find them) I think it would be perfect for the car. Please stay safe and healthy.
Nice tutorial AS ALWAYS❤️ I know you fashioned this for Kleenex, but i think it would work perfectly to house the mask we are are recommended to wear right now! If you make your own mask, you can even coordinate the fabrics😁
Perfect little cover..love it 👏...Laura have you a video on a cover for a small handbag hand sanitiser ? I’ve looked through your list but didn’t see one but I may have missed it . I think it would be a wonderful project at this time . There are some already out there but I like how you do things 😘💐
You are an amazing teacher. Im new to sewing, and you described processes like no one else. I.e. when youb detail about the corners. (I watch a lot of videos)I do like the binding like edges I have seen on other ones. Can I incorporate it into your pattern? Thanks
These are cute. Concern opening will tear over time since it's so tight. I took some floss and reinforced each end of opening. Not sure if this will solve it.
You make it look so easy. I will have to try these cute little kleenex holders. How wide and how long is the piece of fabric? It wasn't mentioned. Thank you.
I have actually made these tissue holders before but from a different youtube video. I paired them with a matching zipper pouch and gave them as teachers gifts . I love the surgery headcover video you have on your site. How is your sewing room project coming along? I really look forward to your posts every Tuesday and Thursday. God bless you. Stay safe
That is so cute. This tissue packs get bounced all around your purse and they look a but rough after a while. I love this little cloth box. It looks professionally done. Is this your brain child? I would love an instruction sheet. Ya never know when the Net will go down. Thank you.
I have a question about the size of the little lobster claw that you used. What size did you use? I want to order some but am not sure how to determine sizes.
I have a question my project does not seem to sit exactly the same as yours does. When I folders to meet in the middle, I end up with a quarter of an inch on either side protruding. This is the exact size of my seam allowance so, an I doing something wrong? Please help
Hola, la tela que usó Laura tenía 5.5 pulgadas de ancho y 12.5 pulgadas de alto. Esto tendría 13.97 centímetros de ancho y 31.75 centímetros de alto. Espero que esto ayude.
Once again, thank you Laura…..

This is by far, the easiest and most precise video on this topic. Thank you for making it fun instead of tedious with several pieces.

Thank you!
I like the neatness of your designs. I am going to make this for mother's day gifts to give out at church

Very cute! I wouldn't have thought to add the fastener but I like it. I think I'll try some with lace around the opening.

oooh I might try this with a zip for my girls school bags. I'll just need to get my head around adding a zip on that opening.
Perfect love it
this is so easy. love your tutorials. Do u have a pattern for the tissue packs that open at the top?
You make it look so easy. I will have to try these cute little kleenex holders. How wide and how long is the piece of fabric? It wasn't mentioned. Thank you.
Like this one but question is there away for the center to over lap a little so it wouldn't show napkins that is inside?
Thank you.
Hi, in the step after folding when centering after folded is the measuring 1/2 mark, does the 3" include the 1/4" seam?
