Would be something to see how they would respond (besides Roswaal who probably wouldn’t care I think; Puck.... I really can’t read him). Yeah, I imagine they’d be shaken not only to see that Subaru is capable of all of this but that they led him down this path. Think Emilia would be hardest hit by all of the scenarios. Didn’t arrive in time to help him in the alleyway (Pride), stick up for him when Roswaal/Ram accuse him about Rem’s curse (Wrath), or care to find out what Puck kept alluding to when he talked about following his contract if something happened to her (key contributor to Subaru choosing Sloth.

It leaves out so many details we haven't figured yet, Like how did Subaru instigate and set Lugnica on fire in Pride If? or how did he gather so many people to create the Pleiades organization in Wrath If? Sloth is probably the route with the most resulting deaths, so nah, Sloth is also depressing. Plus, what makes Rem and Subaru great are absent in that route. Rem is an awful character who’s a hypocrite and weak.

everyone is saying that Wrath and Pride were the best IF-Routes, but im not gonna lie, the Gluttony IF was fire as well I also really like that Purge King Subaru wanted Halibel to retreat and live, even while he himself was dying. That shows how much Subaru actually favored/trusted Halibel.
I'd say favored not trusted the whole point of Wrath IF is that Subaru has come to see everyone as liars and deceivers. Represented by everyone appear grayscale to him except Ram by the end who he truly knows hates him.
I'd say Pride IF is the best, Wrath IF might be the worst (black&white & coin flips were kinda cringy imo), Greed IF is 2nd best after the recent Light Novel release, Gluttony IF is pretty good overall, Sloth IF is just the Rem Route not much else to say about that. Lust IF is an april fools joke, not even worth mentioning.
No no that would be pride if (for example he died 87 times on Arc 1, 400 against Petelgeuse, etc, so far the happiest Subaru exept for maybe lust if Subaru). When should I read the IF routes? After season 1 or 2? If I consider reading the manga or LN should I skip to where I ended in the anime or beginning? I saw videos of cut content on aninews.
You have to read the LN I would recommend after arc 5 because the IF story’s contain arc 5 spoilers. But to be safe from possible spoilers, you could read it after arc 6.
There’s this UA-camr Echidnut who has made a video summarizing wrath, pride, and almost all of sloth (it’s multiple chapters instead of one) with little spoilers as possible. And when there are spoilers, he lets you know when it’s time to leave the video. I’m pretty sure sloth and lust are safe. Pride, you’ll have to leave for arc 5 spoilers at one point, and I don’t know if there are spoilers in wrath, but he would let you know. Edit: he made a video on greed

It's one of the IF stories made by the author every April 1st (Subaru's birthday) the animation is fan made, this one, wrath is the one where instead of killing himself on that cliff, he asked for protection from Bea, you saw how that ended. He then went on to found a criminal organization called Pleiades with 2 of the most powerful characters in Re Zero, killing 126,008 people in the process. The main plot is Puck's plan to assassinate everyone in the mansion and take Emilia somewhere safe, they also took Frederica because they needed a maid. The capital then sends an elite squad of knights including Reinhardt to their Headquarters.

Yeah, I imagine they’d be shaken not only to see that Subaru is capable of all of this but that they led him down this path.
Think Emilia would be hardest hit by all of the scenarios. Didn’t arrive in time to help him in the alleyway (Pride), stick up for him when Roswaal/Ram accuse him about Rem’s curse (Wrath), or care to find out what Puck kept alluding to when he talked about following his contract if something happened to her (key contributor to Subaru choosing Sloth.

Well Subaru said too Beatrice that he is "that" person in this wrath route (he didnt know what that meant but he still said yes) and thats why she was happy at the end
It hits different no after watching season 2! In the IF story, it’s like Subaru killing Beatrice was his way showing his gratitude for when Beatrice protected Subaru against Ram! The whole thing is incredibly conflicting to me!

I would very much enjoy seeing some of his failed loops to get a little more detail to make it all worth it.

Sloth is probably the route with the most resulting deaths, so nah, Sloth is also depressing. Plus, what makes Rem and Subaru great are absent in that route. Rem is an awful character who’s a hypocrite and weak.

I also really like that Purge King Subaru wanted Halibel to retreat and live, even while he himself was dying. That shows how much Subaru actually favored/trusted Halibel.
Gluttony was great and I say that even though I’m a Shaula fan and the ending still doesn’t do her good
I'd say favored not trusted the whole point of Wrath IF is that Subaru has come to see everyone as liars and deceivers. Represented by everyone appear grayscale to him except Ram by the end who he truly knows hates him.

I'd say Pride IF is the best, Wrath IF might be the worst (black&white & coin flips were kinda cringy imo), Greed IF is 2nd best after the recent Light Novel release, Gluttony IF is pretty good overall, Sloth IF is just the Rem Route not much else to say about that. Lust IF is an april fools joke, not even worth mentioning.

No no that would be pride if (for example he died 87 times on Arc 1, 400 against Petelgeuse, etc, so far the happiest Subaru exept for maybe lust if Subaru).
On this one he has developed MAJOR trust issues which will cause him to repeat the same cycle over and over again no matter how far back Satella sends him, hence the name Oboreru (drowning) making sense for someone who can't stay dead.

When should I read the IF routes? After season 1 or 2? If I consider reading the manga or LN should I skip to where I ended in the anime or beginning? I saw videos of cut content on aninews.
You have to read the LN
I would recommend after arc 5 because the IF story’s contain arc 5 spoilers. But to be safe from possible spoilers, you could read it after arc 6.
There’s this UA-camr Echidnut who has made a video summarizing wrath, pride, and almost all of sloth (it’s multiple chapters instead of one) with little spoilers as possible. And when there are spoilers, he lets you know when it’s time to leave the video. I’m pretty sure sloth and lust are safe. Pride, you’ll have to leave for arc 5 spoilers at one point, and I don’t know if there are spoilers in wrath, but he would let you know.

@@senexiar that's not what happened. Subaru made a deal with a merchant and there wasn't anything wrong. When the merchant turned around to leave, Subaru flipped a coin. Tails is death, head is survive. Subaru does this because of his lack of trust, out of nowhere. The merchant indeed dies the second he hears 'tails'.

It's one of the IF stories made by the author every April 1st (Subaru's birthday) the animation is fan made, this one, wrath is the one where instead of killing himself on that cliff, he asked for protection from Bea, you saw how that ended. He then went on to found a criminal organization called Pleiades with 2 of the most powerful characters in Re Zero, killing 126,008 people in the process. The main plot is Puck's plan to assassinate everyone in the mansion and take Emilia somewhere safe, they also took Frederica because they needed a maid. The capital then sends an elite squad of knights including Reinhardt to their Headquarters.
