I had some people research this, I believe it’s called Singapore girl. Also, several people have been noticing that the opening scene is cut off and sometimes we miss an important line or visual clue, so whoever’s posting a video is robbing us of that entirety of the story. I suspect the reason why they are cutting off the very first opening scene is because that has part of the theme song and has one of the opening credits like the producer or the Director title. They know what they’re doing they’re trying to outsmart the algorithm and the red flag sensors that might pick up on the theme song being on UA-cam. Therefore they cut it off and they don’t really care that we are missing part of the story. It’s pretty ironic, since a crime story or murder mystery absolutely hast to have the opening scenes. It’s like being handed a Perry Mason novel where the first three pages have been cut out. You can read the whole thing but you’re not going to solve it on your own based on the very first scenes and the dialogue spoken. To the person who is posting them whatever your name is, why don’t you comment and let everyone know otherwise we will all continue to ask why why why why why?
I’m not sure what the title is, but this is actually episode 36. It is clearly not “the daily double”, which takes place on a western movie set out in the Santa Clarita Valley. Hopefully whoever keeps posting is episodes will put the correct titles as they upload each video, and hopefully they will also consider adding the opening theme, the opening title, the opening credits, the complete ending scene and the complete ending credits. I suspect they’re not doing that so that it’s less detectable in case this is not in the public domain. Any comments?
I realize I am about 60 years too late to suggest this… But it seems like Dan should have worn a hardhat or helmet in every episode so he wouldn’t get whacked on the head and knocked out on… Nearly every episode. A little redundant but that happened with Peter Gunn and other series as well
Yes, I've said exactly the same thing. It's like Barnaby Jones where Barnaby shoots the bad guy in the shoulder IN EVERY EPISODE - never anywhere else, always in the shoulder. Very amateur show.
Lt Townsend got it exactly right when he said to Dan Adams - "You ought to have known that you'd be followed" - but despite being a PI, Dan never does!!! He's the most useless PI I've ever seen - always gets pounced on in alleyways, hit over the head in every episode and punched by men he towers over!!

Well I’m thankful that they’ve been posted for us to BEAU it seems like whoever is posting these on UA-cam is just being cautious because these might not be in the public domain that’s why they’re not including the title of the theme song and things like that. Believe me, I don’t think anyone’s ever gone to prison for posting a classic early 1960s TV show on the Internet. Hopefully someone else will start posting these in their entirety. All the person hast to do is buy the DVD box set on Amazon and just start uploading them to UA-cam, full episodes nothing trimmed off. The other problem is that about 30% of these have the wrong title on them it’s like someone got lazy and forgot to change the titles when they moved onto the next upload. Again I appreciate these videos but what’s the point if they can’t be complete?

It’s been titled wrong, whoever keeps posting his videos forgets to change the title on it they are so busy uploading them I can see how there might be a few that get titled wrong. This guy‘s batting average is not that good about 35% of the titles are incorrect. There’s still very good and watchable but not true to the episode list or title the producers intended.

Yes of course this is fiction and it’s just a TV show but I agree, it’s good to have historical accuracy when possible. There are people who write fiction novels these days that are based on real life crimes and so they are doing historically and factually correct fiction if that makes any sense
