I don't know why people keep saying that Penske used Porsche brakes on the Trans Am Javelin and the Nascar Matador when in "The Unfair Advantage" Donohue says specifically that Girling's calipers and brake pads from the long distance Lola were used along with Lincoln rotors on both cars. He describes the whole process and why they did it.
