It's more understandable when someone has had the kind of success he's had. A lot of the greats had this kind of power too. Jordan had it. LeBron has it. Wayne Gretsky had it. It's not as unusual as it seems.
Bottom line ... Because it is Brady, it could pay off huge for the good in February or the bad in December. I'm leaning towards the good. There is an element to the game itself that Brady overall will bring to the entire team that B.A. by comparison cannot bring, offer, or give. If / When they go back to the Super Bowl this next season, it will skyrocket Bradys legacy and overall stock even further. > IF < successful ... Brady will have shown a new level of Player Coaching Game Management that is unprecedented at this level - and will be a future game changer, not only in football but other pro-team sports.

There is a report that Brady was furious at how Arians handled that situation. He thought the situation could be salvaged by sending him to the trainer and going from there. Brady was probably right because AB could have hit his numbers the next game. One of Brady's biggest talents is his relationship skills with other great players. Who knows what would have happened had they had AB throughout the playoffs.
This was completely out of nowhere. Also, Arians was not fired. He voluntarily stepped down to move to a front office position, although I can see the argument that Brady had a role in it.
Very interesting take on what happened in Tampa Bay. Not surprised that BA got the boot. He put his fingers in the pie and the men that were deeply involved in the game would have none of it. So BA was kicked upstairs.
This!!^^^ there has to be a reason the 49ers passed on him TWICE. They know he will try to take over the front office and they wanted no part of that BS. Good for them!
Sharpe blaming Brady for BA leaving but completely forgetting the NFL's new diversity program announced shortly before is curious. The one that violates title 7 of the Civil rights act.
For those of you that don't know ..the BUCS are owned by the Glazers. The same team that owns Man United. They will do ANYTHING for players who sell jerseys. So whatever Brady wants, Brady will get.
Tom Brady has had essentially what amounts to a lot of number 1 hits. Why wouldn't he act like a diva. He's the Mariah Carey of the NFL. Change the offense for me. Sign the players I want you too. The Coach criticized me so I'm going to quit but I'll come back if he's gone.

@@RK-um9tu 😂 good one. But seriously point to anything that isn’t just speculation by one of these talking heads or other journalists… you can’t.. right.. so because some speculates and other follow up on that doesn’t make it true.
The 2 Vs 7 Game really hurt the bucs... Losing Wirfs and his backup in the same game in a blowout is the reason the Playoff expansion is dumb. All 7 seeds have lost so far and it is ridiculous that the Bucs were able to come back without their best O-lineman against Donald and Miller.
"You know what? Yeah, I'm good. What ya'll got for ya boy upstairs? Lemme gon upstairs and get out the way of everything" 💀💀💀💀
Tom did it for AB😂😂😂😂
Tom Brady:
GM/Coach/Quarterback
Pretty Crazy.
Ok
Lmao 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Tampa not hiring a head coach from outside is because this is just temporary, brady will play 1 last season and become tampa bay head coach.
I feel like the saints game when we get shutout highlights when BA makes game plans
I'm just glad I don't have to look at BA on the sidelines anymore.
I figure he'll be eating doughnuts
and drinking coke in a Bucs office with 1 chair & serving tray
in it!!😂
Tampa fan here, who’s just not finding out that Tom Brady is coming back to Tampa because of this video. B.A will be missed but WHAT?? Keeping Todd Bowles is amazing. I was so scared he’d get a head coaching job somewhere else.
Tom sounds like a real fun person to be around...........
Lmao this video is like 98% conjecture 😂
I previously posted that BA should retire in order to keep both coordinators.
I knew it too definitely a PR move especially with how everything came out after AB and the rumors of the offense planning 🤣🤣🤣🤣. So they sent him to the nursery 🏠🤣🤣🤣
I think its perfectly fine for BA to publicly chastise Tom, he should be able to take it since he knows people have higher expectations for him
Personally I disagree but I understood the sentiment. Even though BA clearly wants Brady to be his best, I still can’t shake the feeling that he’s low key just throwing his own guy under the bus
It's not good to do that in public.
@@bestorworst7012 because as team mates it’s just not a good look
@@bestorworst7012 as Jay up above stated he threw Brady under the bus. why do that publicly to ur own team mate how does that make sense?
@@bestorworst7012 Because you're the new coach, he had 6 rings before you if there is a problem it's you, it's like having a press conference to say you're not doing your job.
Yes Brady definitely had BA step down but can we admire Shannon’s suit
I think Tom should coach after he retires
BA: Superbowl, NFC title eventually loses to the Champs
BUCS: You're fired
Bruce Arians kept everyone in check, that’s what he did
Tom Brady a Boss
Unc came prepared for this one
It was obvious this had to happen... love BA... but the 2nd season with Brady his Ego just got in the way of everything... Now they can truly compete for a Championship with the GOAT.
Skip can be right so early sometimes he called it
Agree with Shannon!
Please Shannon is a Brady hater he has no evidence
Dam if AB was a patient person he would be on the road to number 2 .
If Shannon believes Brady pulled strings behind the scenes, then we should criticize lebron for being leGM
That message to Bruce Arians, is a Goodbye Message, from Tom. Ready!
ALL FACTS
Does everyone not realize BA has done this before?
This is the same way he left Arizona. He randomly decided to retire.
Soooooo.......Tom Brady going to be the head coach too🤔😂😂
This was completely out of nowhere. Also, Arians was not fired. He voluntarily stepped down to move to a front office position, although I can see the argument that Brady had a role in it.
Youre naive
Your gunnu say all the right things 😂😂
Bill Belichick must be an IRON MAN, How scared tom was imagine Tom trying to have issues with BB LOL
Tom Brady telling BA to spend time wit his family like UNC did to Coach K on Sat 😆
BA would never go quietly like that. If Tom forced him out we would know about it. Bruce is a savage.
Only Skip Bayless can find a way to compare Tom Brady to Jerry Jones 😂
Tampa Bay Buccaneers is Tom Brady team, He's the Spoiled child of Football and it's gotta be his way .
Very interesting take on what happened in Tampa Bay. Not surprised that BA got the boot. He put his fingers in the pie and the men that were deeply involved in the game would have none of it.
So BA was kicked upstairs.
Nothing says good business move like having an employee with one foot out the door make personnel decisions.
Could it be also that Kyle Shanahan didn't want Brady there due to any possible shared play calling from Brady?
This!!^^^ there has to be a reason the 49ers passed on him TWICE. They know he will try to take over the front office and they wanted no part of that BS. Good for them!
Sharpe blaming Brady for BA leaving but completely forgetting the NFL's new diversity program announced shortly before is curious. The one that violates title 7 of the Civil rights act.
Preach Shannon Preach 💯💯💯💯
Just think if Tom Brady would’ve went to Dallas.............Skip would be unbearable.🤷♂️
For those of you that don't know ..the BUCS are owned by the Glazers. The same team that owns Man United. They will do ANYTHING for players who sell jerseys. So whatever Brady wants, Brady will get.
Seems a smart business thing to do - after all, Brady's days are numbered, while the Glazers can keep owning their teams forever.
15:37 well skit skit skit skip 🤣
Tom Brady is the new Offensive Coordinator for the Bucs - Leftwich is the assistant OC.
Skip was saying all this and I didn't believe it
hand print, thumb print, scan....Shannon is great!
BA seems titular, TB12 & Leftwich were carrying that offense. That's why it's easy for BA to move in an office. The"D"is what I'll b watching.
Soooo why didn’t they get rid of Belichick because he has openly criticized Brady.
