It is because some pros don’t wanna waste their abilities, one example, say you downslam someone, then you want to use hunters grasp, but they ragdoll. The main idea is that pro players wait for their opponents to mess up.

I feel like you're starting to get too flashy and missing your combos A LOT. Just be a little more passive and do basic combos (OP if you're a saitama user), it can help. But with your side dashes to catch your opponents is good. So keep it up. Kyoto, if you just listen to me, I swear you will probably surpass Materia. And even if you miss your m1 when your opponent blocks it or dodges it, don't spam back dash to just come back to m1, just block and m1 at the same time. Just know the cooldown of your dashes and know when to use too. I taught my student about it, he's a beast now. And once you've realize how OP M1 Uppercuts are, 97% of your opponents you fight ARE DEAD. Just to let you know, don't do kyoto now, Just do Flowing water + Dash tech. Make sure to do a little more combo extenders.
