Its really amazing work help a lot for startup’s , does this model have blow air mold release ? Also is it ok to connect vacuum pump with out reserve tank instead of vacuum cleaner ? machine
excellent work .. if I buy your manual, can you modify it to make it for a larger area? say 100 cm, and can you use an acrylic sheet? what would be the maximum thickness?
Great video! What is that orange tool called? You used it to join metal pieces together and snap off the metal fastener so it doesn’t protrude... very cool!
great video. any companies that make a product like this to sale? I am looking for a Vacuum sheet metal shipping former style. trying to ship parts by sealing them.
Nice work! I like the design. I would lose the pliers and get some sockets and a 3/8" driver though. Pliers are not the correct tool for bolts. Thank you for posting.

@@MakeAndTinker oh cool, the listing of the material would be great, specially the electrical parts. Awsome build by the way. Will be a great tool for my studio.
Can you tell me the spacing between the electrical coils. Also, where did you buy the epoxy putty and where did you buy the mineral wool. Also what are the roller's called and the frame that they roll on called.
Hi there, I have 2 questions, I'm from Europe and I'm not sure about the laquer you use, I googled it but I couldn't find any, can you link something? Same for the silicon caulk, I have no idea where to get it. I hope you can help out, in case I can find all materials I will buy the tutorial thanks.
I’ll bet you could have gone to a home improvement store, bought a piece of peg board (made out of MDF), stopped for lunch and gotten home in half the time it took to drill all of those holes.
Just bought your plans, can you please tell me where you got the 5mm x 24mm x 10mm Double V Guide steel wheels from ? Been looking and can not find any suppliers Thanks
congratulations! I'm from Brazil, thanks for the tutorial, it will be very useful. What is the area of the suction table and the capacity of the vacuum moto ( fcm)r? thank you again !

Nice, but please hold smaller parts with a vise when drilling. At least use a vice grip. Less experienced people could loose grip and the spinning part cuts their hand. Safety first!

There is something seriously wrong with this guy. A clean desk is the sign of a sick mind.......well......the same goes for his shop. Still he did a nice job.
The digital plans for the ultimate vacuum former are available NOW! LOL we had the opportunity to use a CNC router, however, it's not necessary at all. It can be made with basic power tools and interestingly in about the same amount of time. Thanks for watching!
We haven't had the need to vacuum form a 2m radius hemisphere, but it could be done... it's just a matter of supersizing the build 😁. Thanks for watching!
that ending "test" was smooth
The 3D printed corners are an excellent idea. Have to do that tonight. Have to review this fully. Very nice build. Very professional.
Seems like always step 1 Get your $50,000 CNC setup to make a $20.00 part
A real constructor!
So much to do!
To put a black film at the end ... and turn on the vacuum device!
Hello, have you watched part 2? ua-cam.com/video/CrX9xrVh_ps/v-deo.html

Hi, great design and build! I'm considering on buying your blue prints. What about the cnc machine, another diy project?
Brlliantly made instructional video! Can't wait for you to add the plans! Marty (UK).

nice build, I would beef up the up down arms with steel and weld after all pop rivets.
Wow Great to see these things, lovely done. These equipments make life better and bring more products and yes creativity with no boundaries.
i like the copy paste for drilling holes!

very very good, Thanks for sharing
Awesome design!!! How did you figure out the geometry of the scissor arm? That was very cool.
Hello, Nicely done, Do you mind sharing the Vaccum pump capacity such as : flow rates and how many micron( Pa) ?

Thank you for watching! You are right, we just used the pliers because they were readily at hand :)
high class engineer
You made a lot of CNC cuts and 3d printed parts for this build any chance you will be sharing the files for these? Love the build by the way. Thanks

There's pvc glue, no need for epoxy plastic, screws would be better than the glue, mdf is not resistant but is porous, there are a lot of improvements
Hi. So do you guys sell these?
you have a cnc and a 3d printer but not a combination wrench set?
We would use one of those combination wrench sets if we knew how to program it... or how to wire its connections :D Thanks for watching!

congratulations! I'm from Brazil, thanks for the tutorial, it will be very useful. What is the area of the suction table and the capacity of the vacuum moto ( fcm)r? thank you again !
The effective suction area is around 55 cm x 55 cm. We used a 3.5-Peak HP shop vac and it worked just fine. Thanks for watching!
can I scale this 2 or 3 times the size
Hi! Can I use PET instead of PETG?

El problema es ke se tiene ke hacer una vacuum por cada objeto. Si es chico, se gasta mucho plástico, y se hace incosteable.
