2. sena bhawan or aise offices jha army hai vha value nhi hai civilians ki without any reason pinch karte rhte hai
3. kafi offices me timing ka bhut issue hai but sabhi me nhi hai
4. ASO to SO Promotion bhut slow hai minimum 10-12 year lg jate hai
5. Or last gazetted officer hone pr bhi kyoi value nhi dete bole to civilian or defense personnel wali partiality rahegi

ASOS jab no political pressure but there can be some pressure from seniors regarding work that is assigned to you, but that depends and that’s not a big deal. No political pressure like Tehsildar and all.
