My next question is,what of the hearing of the small child sitting on the dozer? I did not see any hearing protection on the little child? I could be wrong about this and I hope I am wrong about it for the child’s hearing loss? As a father I know how important it is to protect our children… The creeks and small stream’s will take many years to recover from this. Looks like there’s no coverts being put in to keep the road from just washing away after the first heavy storm? Hope I am wrong?
