Lot of respect for this Honourable Judge.
    Ref... 16:11
Now a days all the appointments in the Pubjab Judiciary are being made either on the basis or bribe or referance (sifarish) at the behest of current of Chief Justice Lahore High Court. No merit at all. Prior to appointment in any district of pubjab, a list of desired persons is handed over to the concerned District Judge and he make it sure that all the appointments are according to that list. Such a shame for Punjab Judiciary.

Please ask every judge and lawyer to explain why there is a backlog of two million pending cases in Pakistan's legal justice system. 1) Why are the majority of cases not being heard online? 2) Why are retired judges not being recruited to hear cases and to clear the backlog? 3) Why do courts still have an annual two month summer holiday when there is such a huge backlog of pending cases?

Honourable Judge Sahib was our neighbour and indeed was a man of Principles….He is a really simple person, he has a really simple lifestyle ,he had no attitude, he used to bring groceries by himself, and used to travel on a cycle nobody could believe he was a judge DUE TO his simple lifestyle..Nowadays a person who is a CLERK, he think of himself as the Prime Minster of the country…..He truly is a King, We need more Judges like him….

You come up with this pathetic comment, very convenient. Everything right act seems hard and wrong act seems easy, this is our mindset about the moral standards. Everything right thing that we have done so far building our country from scratch seemed had hard but we did it, all it takes is a process of mindset change, everything is possible, it needs the right mindset, high moral Standards and courage to pursue what is right.

You say that people don’t appear in court to record their evidence, out of fear, and you conclude that it is the responsibility of the people to take courage. I had always thought that it is the responsibility of the government to create an atmosphere of confidence, so that people are not terrified at the prospect of giving evidence in court. Please stop blaming the ordinary people and think of ways that they should not fear to bear witness.

the 1973 constitution, and the political setup is not binding.
because it is in contradiction of the Objectives Resolution.
as per Objectives resolution, Surat 10 Ayat 73 aswell as all the other verofied Ahadeeth and all the verses of the Quran are also an integral part of the constitution.
the government in islamabad is a iligitimate entity and thr armed Armed Forces, Judiciery, and state machinery all technically belongs to Ghauri Sultanat (Delhi Sultanat in Exile) as this Sultanat was authorised by Khilafat Abbassia.
our line of signatures goes back to Prophet Muhammed pbuh. where as this present governments lineage is only goes back as far as 1973.
even east Pakistan does not recognise it nor tbis government.
therefore we will make a new Militaro Political movement to restore Pakistan.
