Today on our Mexican Food Journal we venture a little on the old road to Cuernavaca
If you live in Mexico City those typical restaurants on the side of the road are a classic
and if your looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
We begin this culinary adventure in Cabaña Lupita the world of quesadillas is the speciality
where crunchy dough hugs filling with authentic flavors like chicharrón, huitlacoche, squash flower, mushrooms, tinga, and many many more.
We had a bit of everything, quesadillas, deep fried of course, mushroom broth, a plate of Cecina, and the topical taco of longaniza.
In Cabañas Lupita every dish tells a story, a narrative of flavors that sound strong with the authenticity and passion of Mexican cuisine. Buen provecho!
