Honestly, initially, I bet a lot of foods you’re not used to eating can freak you out, but once you think about it, you’re just like “it’s food”. Even weird ones like cooked rat or haggis, it’s not weird once you think about. The only thing I’d be worried about is the sanitary stuff, but I worry about that with a lot of things. Otherwise, it’s good.

I know I'm a little late in commenting since this video is 3 years old, but it is new to me so here goes. My mom always used ox tails to make the BEST spaghetti sauce! If you simmer it and let it cook slowly, it flavors the sauce beautifully and the meat is sooooooooo tender! Glad to see Joey enjoyed it!
