The day itself is extremely tough, you go through all the emotions you can think of, challenges every fibre of your being. But what I will say is more difficult than the day itself, is the months upon months of dedication you have to put in, just to make it to the start line and so much can go wrong along the way. So many obstacles you have to overcome, so much doubt and stress along the way especially while keeping your marriage going and relationship with your kids. You can’t half ass this thing or on the day it will destroy you. But they can never take it away from you when you hit that finish line

That's not drinking water buddy - it's just a bucket of ice, they put bottles of water (or wahtever) in there for athletes to take. I'd have no issue if someone put their hands/head/whatever in there.
