It's jarring and distracting and what we like is that it's a somewhat traditional television show but with a more welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Keep it simple

The editing made everything worse. The jokes don't land and it's going so fast that it's hard to understand. This was so bad. Just keep it the way it was.
The background music and the excessive cutting. Older editing had a characteristic of building up the joke, this one went straight to the joke. It's a glorified TikTok editing.
Chill it back with the editing, keep it like it was the past years. Whoever the new hire is needs to draw it back a lot.
